I have a good idea on how to get ritch, firstly clean up that area around the grinder then set up a tiny shop there that everybody can visit. Open up the claim so people can visit you and maybe even make a huge mall where people can rent out plots.

Hey do you remember that bee farm that you failed to make, just build a dome or any kind of shape with glass and put the hive in it and also spawn or bring a bee in to the glass dome and IT will work. It can be any block and any shape the goal is not to let the bee escape. Put a campfire under the hive and collect honey with a bottle
