You probably can tell the editing and style are different from my other KZbin videos because this is actually one of my final school project. ^^ It has some history about anti-Chinese, anti-Japanese and settle Chinatown. Because it mostly talks about my story, so I shared this video you’re your guys ^^ Not perfect. This final assignment due 10am Seattle time this morning. Lol. I don’t have time to make more changes.

Feels more like a history project/mini tour of Seattle rather than an immigration story. The title is kind of misleading, I thought it was going to be more of a draw my life or more about your journey to the USA, etc. But overall, it's a nice video. I hope you get an good grade! :)

+The he/she can leave the country if she wants to. Neither Hilarary or Trump are the best leaders so don't just go assuming that she is a Hilary supporter it's his/her decision if she doesn't agree with the government and wants to move and it does not make the person childish.
@ItsYaBoiV8 жыл бұрын
Wow, that's some varied reaction. I want to leave America because there is no work in my field, and my family is treated like we should wallow in poverty on welfare because we're Native American. Spouting statistics might paint a pretty picture, but there's a saying. Averages are good for comparisons, but hide disparities.

I am from here! >_< That is neat you live there! That is sad they use to be hateful. People in America didn't like my ancestors either when they came. I guess change is hard. I am happy that it wasn't like that when I was in school. We learned about Asian culture and celebrated with our peers. Thank you for sharing!

I think this is a good video overall. I wouldn't say America has a long history of protecting Chinese though. Look at the Chinese Exclusion Act, how Chinese were treated on Angel Island when immigrating, and the effect China becoming Communist had on the Chinese immigrant population during from roughly 1947 to 1957.

Love Uwajimaya! I live in Portland, OR so I go to the one in Beaverton, OR but I also go to Seattle a lot so I have been there as well. I also stop by Daiso right across the street for crafty things. Old Town-Chinatown here in Portland, OR is very disappointing, run down and lacks authenticity. Seattle is much better.
