I think your tt fit needs some work especially to get more aero, it didn’t look like she did much, to get narrow I recommend placing the arm rest mounts on the inside of the bars to narrow, good luck

So, you done bike fit 90' style with hint of 00'. KOPS is not a thing. It is false. KOPS on TT bike is just wrong. 2 mm back and 2 mm lower foe saddle is nothing. They must change something to prove bill you receive. Goniometer Is useful tool for bike fit but not for ankle-knee-hips position. Where is calculation for my feet position or hip flexibility or my specific cadence? What about difference between legs? If you a flexible, you can handle any position on the bike. Only thing is for how long. For shorter ride I recommend more shorter position with saddle forward, and lower handlebar. For longer ride go longer with saddle back and tilt it for 5-7%. Narrow saddle will be better. On short ride you can produce more power and for longer ride will be comfier and you loose little bit of power. But you can pedal for longer duration. I'm not bike fitter. I'm cyclist with 35 years of experience. I try everything on this world. And then back to start point. Longer route, longer bike. Shorter route, shorter bike. Higher cadence, lower seatpost. Lower cadence, higher seatpost. Tilted saddle you have booth on one package. 70% problems with discomfort of your bike you can handle with Toe-Clips peddals.

This is a pretty good series with a bike fitter who takes a no bullshit approach: kzbin.info/aero/PLMZ241fyVfiv3eAJ4UYkzeb2JltpLSlzs

Not impressed by their techniques. The name sounds very pro but they are behind in terms of tools, technology and just pure experience/ competence.
