Help is on the way...my wife and I are working on a project to help improve the situation at the schools in Asebu. It will take time, but it will happen. BTW...the land in Asebu is not "free", money is being made, but you do get quality land at a decent and reasonable price.
@NiisExperience11 ай бұрын
Thank heavens for people like you. If you are still in Ghana I would love to meet with you. About the money involved I learnt is for only administrative cost and not price for the land.
@Uncle-Basil11 ай бұрын
@@NiisExperience"About the money involved I learnt is for only administrative cost and not price for the land." Yes, that is what they tell you...but trust me, it doesn't cost that much to do the paperwork. You can buy land in Asebu that is much cheaper than the 'free' land and it includes all the administrative cost and paperwork. I am not trying to discourage folks from getting this land since I have some myself...but just bear in mind, it is not free.

@@Uncle-Basil Oh got it. We’ll explained.

@@Uncle-Basil…it’s people like you that discount other people’s time and only focus on the actual cost of the paperwork of the indenture. It’s like going to a restaurant and complaining about the cost of food saying when I buy the ingredients from the grocery store it doesn’t cost that much, completely ignoring that the chef and waiter need to be paid and also rent and utilities for the building.
@Uncle-Basil11 ай бұрын
@@zerosumgame3722 You completely missed the point I made...what I said is that "money is being made"...so then, how can the land be "free"? Think about that and let it sink in. Let me restate what I said earlier...if other chiefs in the area are "selling" land and it is much cheaper than the "free" land, how is that land "free"? If I made $600 profit from the sale of "free" land, how is that land free? I don't have a problem with folks charging for services, but you can't say the land is "free" when you're making a profit. How is that different to the guy down the road who is "selling" land, and his land is way cheaper?

Let’s forget about always trying very hard to box children inside a classroom! They learn when they are free to roam outside. Children in Finland are playing outside all the time in their forest and they are the best! Let’s try to make do with what we have and have them focus on the basics! It’s all a mindset!

You should have said that the land is given to people of African descent, and not just a particular group. There are people of African descent in Europe, Asia, Caribbean, Central and South America, and not just the United States.

We were very interested to hear about your discovery of the developments at the Pan African village at Asebu. More than 95% of your program was devoted on Adverts, a stay with a rapper friend, a school, a snake and a coffin. Less than a minute of an evening aerial video showing a handful of houses under construction. What a total distraction from the Focus of the Review you promised, at the beginning, on the settlers at the Pan African village at Asebu. Total waste of our time, Sir.You now promise a second village tour to come.
