Yeah they aren't the androids I want to see! Hopefully one day we will get androids that can just live on their own. But as for uncanny, we already have androids that are nice looking and don't seem creepy. Have you seen Kanae Chihira and Junco Chihira? Yeah, it's really hard to make lifelike human mannequins. I feel it's usually better to make them less human if it's not absolutely necessary, because it tends to look better. Like the cute butler robots in the restaurant. When it's hard plastic with stylized features and not lifeless drooping rubbery skin, we don't care that it's not perfect. It's not giving the vibes of "this is human, but wrong".

I’ve visited there sometimes! It’s actually a nice quiet place when you get use to it. I hate doing any social interactions and if your like me this would be the place for u! Edit: there is also staff working behind the scenes just in case something is wrong or if someone is having anxiety from the robots (which is an uncommon occurrence)
