Bbm6 - use Bb Melodic Minor Scale
F#maj7 and Ebm9 - use F# Lydian Scale

G Dorian : G A Bb C D E F G Bbm6: Bb Db F G Will sound off over Bbm6 because implies a M3 when a m3 is present

@@Kaisiilerite anything if you can hear the melody in your head first. but the most inside sounds are F ionian or lydian over F major. over Bbm6 you can use Bb dorian(which is F aeolian) or Bb melodic minor(which is F mixolydian b6). Over the F#maj7 F# Lydian(which is F phrygian) and over the Ebm9 eb aeloian but its the same notes as F# lydian. hope that helps!
