100% so true , I do it all the time and forget to pace myself . Especially with housework, I get into a cleaning zone and suffer for days later 🙄 Nowadays I only get really frustrated when there's no reason why I'm triggered. I have a few indicators beforehand that I'm aware of ! My eyes droop , speech slurred and balance goes then the energy crash . I'm so glad you decided to do this vlogging about FND awareness , it can be quite isolating at times

Oh bummer - sorry to hear it, but I see you're still smiling, so that's a positive. Overstimiulation is definitely a trigger. Hang in there! Good days are coming.

Yep I'm the same , too much one day , then pay for it later . But we all do it , pacing is great but we have to try and remember when to stop !

You have done a lot. I am really at a stage now I have to plan things a bit in sections, before I do it. And even then with every bit I do I have to double check if I am still ok. The pay-back is often too great to do one thing after another. On the other hand, it is satisfying to have your house clean, and you had a bit of social interaction as well. What is one to do? Take your rest, and I wonder how you are tomorrow?

@wendywebster5920 Yeah, absolutely! What do I do. My Psychologist constantly tells me that if I don't start pacing I will never recover and my symptoms may get worse. She says it as it is and is honest. She clearly can see I'm trying hard as I'm a single dad with a 12 year old lad at home with me with additional needs. Life can be stressful.lol. but my health is just as important. I will learn...... I hope lol. Thanks for your comment and I hope you're well?

" you don't know you've done it" That's it exactly. If you're like me I already had issues with pacing. It's so hard to be honest with yourself and just stop.

I totally agree with you but for me it's dealing with fnd plus arthritis and it's stress that is my trigger for which I have a lot of at the moment and I am experiencing different symptoms which are zoning out a lot and I am experiencing weird sounds in my right ear and I don't know what it is but it's annoying me 😒anybody else suffer with this?

Sorry to hear this. I seem to be able to walk for like 20 minutes and then my gait really suffers and pains in the hips and down my legs start. I have footdrop which definitely gets worse and weaker as the day goes on. It's the hardest thing to adapt. Some days are worse than others and some weeks are impossible 😞

@@ChrisCFNDjourneyso sorry to hear this. i even had to ask for a leave from my office because of fnd. it is really not easy. perhaps do you have a wheelchair? i find that it makes everything a lot easier. but my parents still have this big hope that im gonna be back 100% from this. i hope but at the same time i doubt.

@@kamsi4305 the last thing g I would want to do is ask about a wheel chair. I'm pretty mobile ATM and think that will be worse case scenario 🤞 Hope you're managing ok at the moment.
