@@Conny226 pretty much any that are hexane free, cold pressed, comes in a dark glass bottle. The one I have recently purchased is from Amazon I think it’s called heritage. It is much thicker than the one I bought previously but not horribly so and another benefit of this one is it has practically no scent. The other one, that I can’t remember the name of, was only a small bottle so I could trial castor oil, had a pretty strong scent. It was an almost nutty scent and it was an organic scent but it took me a bit of time to get used it. So I was happy to find this one is virtually scent free.

Yeah anyone who says this who also encourages you to take a little pill every day while in a lab coat you have to be wary of lol. They are sadly bonified drug reps. Go to the hospital doctor to use their ability to use blood work and scans to see what’s going on and then decide how yorue going to take care of yourself after that doing research. TIP: If you just wet your hands a bit and then add the Caster Oil drops to your wet hands, you can then rub your hands together to emulsify the oil. Then you can spread it on the face or wherever you need and the oil will distribute evenly and with ease. No stickiness. The water will dry and the oil stay behind. Works perfectly for me every time.

I recommend to choose castor oil sold in dark glass bottles as opposed to plastic ones. Castor oil is very potent and its chemical compounds do interact with the plastic which tend to seep into the oil. In fact, all natural products should be stored in glass bottles and jars…Thought I’d bring this up to spread awareness ❤

I am Haitian and all Haitians have a bottle of castor oil at home. It is a remedy for a multitude of ailments and it helps to grow long and healthy hair. When I was a child and was suffering from a bad cold with a fever, my mother would rub my whole body with black castor oil before going to bed. The next morning, the fever would be gone, the cough would loosen and moreover, my skin would look beautiful! I also remarked that the castor oil helped to remove dirt from my skin as I showered. We even use castor oil with sour oranges as a detox administered orally. Castor oil is called Palma Christi oil as the leaves of the plant look like the palm of Christ. It is interesting to observe that other cultures are now discovering the properties of castor oil.

I am a lady who is 78. I read through all the comments and what I noticed is that we, in general, tend to expect too much from products. From a Pakistani origin, I have seen mothers mixing tiny amount of castor oil into warm milk to relieve constipation in children. I use it on my knees, rub a good amount on my knees and then wrap my knees with a cloth/bandage and go to sleep, next day the pain is 70% less and going up and down the stairs is so much easier, I do it for 3-4 days to completely get rid of my knee pain. Castor oil is amazing!! I was diagnosed with Calcific tendonitis in my right shoulder last June. It was so bad that my shoulder completely froze. Unfortunately I had to get a cortisone shot from the orthopedic specialist in order to do physical therapy. I refused any pain pills because I do not like them. I work out 4-5 times a week. I like to keep my shoulder loose. Once in a while it'll flare up with a bit of pain especially when it's damp outside. I put Castor oil on my shoulder and then my red light therapy for 15 minutes. I told the specialist I was doing this because I also heard that castor oil can also break up calcium deposits. He agreed with me and said to continue what I was doing. Castor oil is amazing for so many different things!

100%. There is something to castor oil. I used it to eliminate eczema around my nose. Applied it to my face one time in the morning, left it on for about two hours. Usually the eczema was most irritating at night before going to sleep. But it disappeared completely. Wiped out after just a single use of castor oil! A Jamaican woman who works at the store where I purchase castor oil says she applies it to her face every night after showering. I know she’s older (probably in her 50s), but her complexion is so even and wrinkle-free that it’s hard to guess.

@ Just a note that I used it straight (not cut with other oils). Also (like Dr. Berg pointed out in the video), it takes very little. I dip my finger tip in the oil and spread it evenly, and that’s enough to do my entire face. Finally, I was dealing with only two very small patches of eczema on the rims of the nostrils. So it was able to knock it out quickly. Might take more time depending on the size of the affected area, but I’m sure it will produce the same result. This stuff immediately soothes and conditions dry skin. Best to you!

I'm in my seventies and have started using castor oil for a whiplash, a pinched nerve, a torn rotor cuff and intense pain in my back , shoulder and arm. I am amazed how well it works for pain. I love it! I just started using castor oil a few months ago. It's helped me with many physical issues. I told a friend of mine about it. We were at work, and she was clearly in pain. She told me about an excruciating pain in her hip that she's suffered with for years. The next day, I brought my castor oil and sent her home with a small amount to try. The next day she was like a new person. (Yes, it worked that fast for her.) and she said her pain was completely gone.

I've used castor oil on knee pain for the last year. It has made the pain go away and the pain was so horrible that it would wake me up several times a night. I just rub it on my knee prior to bed time. I don't use much as you do not need a lot. Rub it in well.

@ I just slathered the castor oil everywhere on my body like you would any kind of lotion. Then after about 2 weeks I was watching a you tube video about castor oil and they said it removes skin tags. I had never heard that before. I then felt where mine were on my neck and the back of my knees and under my boobs and on my groin and they were all gone! I was like what the hell!!!? It really does take them off! Crazy! I don’t know if it takes 2 weeks, that’s just when I checked to see if the were still there. Get the cold pressed organic castor oil in a dark glass bottle from Amazon. I've been using castor oil for a year this March 2025. I have a skin tag on my eyelid and it is slowly going away. It had something like a tab on it and the tab is gone, it's just a bump now. I have age spots and I haven't noticed them lessening in color at all. I have a pool and I love going in the sun. I'm like my dad, he had skin tags on his eyes, age spots and loved the sun, too. You’re not an old lady!!! I’m 73 and never ever say that to myself. We are just recycled teenagers as my 98 year old Mother always said.😂 I’ve been using castor oil also but was not always on schedule with it, getting better and I do think I see a change, more on the way my shin looks but the wrinkles are diminishing at a snails pace. I think you’re right about it responding faster to younger skin. I use at night before bed to give it time to soak in and first thing in the morning also. It would be great to turn the clock back a few years. I have found that patting your face with your hands like a light slap 30 seconds at least on each area helps to plump my skin, I also pat gently under the eyes, guess it helps wake up collagen. I’ve patted the bottom of my chin are for years, saw it on an old movie, my daughter always comments how good it looks, no sagging. Good luck!

@101Quinny hey bro! I do not use any shampoo or conditioner. I only use Ivory bar soap ( a brand of soap non scented free of chemicals) But only wash your hair every other day not all the time. I'm in construction so I wash my hair every other day Then immediately put a penny size amount in your hand mixed with warm water, then rub into your balding area. Then also add a couple drops of Batana oil (palm tree nut oil) to the balding area as well. Then leave it in your hair and wash it out every other day. (That's what worked for me)

I would say that if you're putting this on your hair before going to bed, go to Sally's or another beauty place to get a night cap to wear. Otherwise, this will soak into your pillow case and pillow. Another use I've found is that castor oil cleared a cluster of plantar warts on the bottom of my foot! After seeing a podiatrist, he applied a very painful acid on my warts that made them shed.
