How to get a job in a private company after completed bsc agriculture

Didi I just completed graduation in agriculture this year. I want to get job as soon as possible. I'm also preparing for competitive exams but that requires time to get cleared. I'm confused whether to go for Msc or join a job in private agriculture field and continue govt job preparation. Please give me your suggestions.

Yup I can understand , If uh want to prepare for govt exam it would definitely take time or i don’t knw abt the private sector in agriculture. So it’s better if uh will get good clg then go for it and then prepare or else if uh want to join IT sector then there is numerous growth uh just need a computer certification degree thats all.
