I noticed that all your zoomed in images have that.. I don't know what to call it, halo effect? Anyway, I don't know what editing software you use but its caused by what resize filter is set. I use Davinci Resolve and the project settings default is "Sharper" but it looks bad in most scenarios. You can change individual clip filters under the Retime and Scaling tab in the inspector, and I find "Box" or "Nearest Neighbor" work well for zoomed in text or Minecraft in general, but there are plenty of options to experiment with to find what looks best for the specific clip. If you use premiere pro or something else well then I don't have a good answer but it shouldn't be too hard to find out how to change the resize settings. I hope this advice was helpful :)
