My favorite public lobby experience was with a guy named “Murders.” Murders was a normal player, who had a death wish for everyone in the lobby. The *second* we got in, the first thing Murders did was go for the cursed possession and use it, normally this would be annoying, but for whatever reason this was hilarious, and was great fun for me and the other guy in the session with Murders. The other people who joined the lobbies were, less than expecting what Murders did. Over the radio they’d say they “found the cursed possession.” Like a bat out of hell, Murders would race to them and ask for them to throw it down for a photo, pick it up and use it immediately. Me and the other guy knew the drill. The other person… not so much. Absolutely hilarious few games, hope to see you again Murders!

​​@@RGAhmad11I don't play phasmophobia but i watched the video. I think there used to be a glitch in the map called Willow Street, where if you step on the bed in the boys bedroom the ghost would not kill you during a hunt, they changed it. 13:21 < You can see the glitch here.

This video gave me the confidence to try out multiplayer lobbies... Unfortunately my computer sounds like a jetplane, but I had found a good group of people who didn't care and let me play with them. It really helped my social anxiety to be able to play with people who I didn't know.

Something I've never seen mentioned is the voice of the ghost during a hunt vs ghost events. The first time it goes on a hunt, remember the voice. If it's not using that voice, it's not hunting. If you hear the hunting voice before noticing the other indications, you know it's hunting a bit earlier.

I got kicked occasionally when I was new but not enough I'd call it a problem. Its arguable the game was easier then though, still I ended up playing with lots of high level people and learned alot. I personally don't kick low level people but I can kinda understand if you're in a public lobby ad looking to farm or do something challenging. If you're trying to start a 15x public lobby, a new player probably wouldn't even find that fun and could ruin the fun of the other 3. When I do public its mostly just to play more casually but I'm not against the ability to create high rank lobbies or something

to anyone that experienced the purple/pink texture, your best solution to that problem is to completely uninstall phasmo. I've had it happen to me once & i was constantly restarting the game & it was ineffective. I honest don't know what causes the problem but its probably something to do with the graphics card not properly rendering the object.

my least favorite map is Sunny Meadows. its the only one that still triggers my anxiety. This game has helped me with my anxiety, but that map.... I can't handle it. one time it got so bad, my awesome friend led me out to the truck and said I could handle monitor duties on the map from then on. I really hate anxiety so much. I'm fine on literally every other map except that one.
