That's rough buddy This game's somewhat unforgiving for beginners, but once you get the hang of the game playing with others, you can start practicing solo in Tanglewood so you can slowly get more confident on other maps

@@gabsterrivera5674 I've pushed through. Kept going solo on Tanglewood and got up to lvl 13 just by doing the basics. Did the Challenge listed here just now and levelled up to 15 atm, redid my load out and disabled and enabled it... and next mission had just the basics. It's not bad over all but still had some issues that stick out too much. I do think if they want this game to continue on they need a better entry for new players without smacking them in the face with a shovel. It's bad game design if you need to learn about the game from outside the game itself.

@@matthewuzulis5016 ngl, same sentiment. I was also doing some theorycrafting on how to imprpve this game in terms of experience, and the difficulty progression through items is one of the hardest to balance

@@gabsterrivera5674 Yeah it can be an issue. Honestly I think there are some minor changes that can be made that will be a good balance. For example the Therm. Lv 1 nothing functionally, only don't make it so hard to read due to glare / shadow. If you got a flashlight on shadows should not be a thing reading it in hand only possible glare. Possible to add a active use where it brings it to a readable state. Lv 2 keep as is. Lv 3 slow it down to the same as lvl 2 but have it auto update so long as it's on. (in other words every 2.5-3 seconds it updates without the need to prompt) Flashlight. T1 should be same str as T2. T2 should be the same as T3. T3 same as before but has option to cycle to UV. Can only have light OR UV active at once not both. Eliminate T3 UV this way. I don't have much experience with the rest of the stuff to give thoughtful incite to. But
