Warren Buffett just put the whole world on notice. He sees the writing on the wall and is going basically all in on it. This is something I did not expect right now, but maybe in Q4...but here we are.
It is time to take a look at the next possible sector to get some action. I am buying into this and I do believe we could see a run up very soon...no guarantees of course, but signs are pointing to a short term bottom now.

Hard to see UTWO making a lot of money. I'ts all-time high was at inception in August of 2022 at about $50 per share. It's now at $48.44, so if it goes back to all-time high it is a gain of 3%. Sure it could go above its all-time high but it took two years to get to the current price. What if it takes two years to get back to a 3% to 5% gain? TLT seems to be a better option - it pays less dividend but if it gets back to where it was 2 years ago, it will be a 50% gain rather than 3% you get with UTWO.

Buffet said the reason he is selling Bank of America is because he "doesn't like them as much as he did because of what they did".... ? He never elaborated in the interview though and I wasn't able to figure out what "they did". Something bad enough to make him dislike them, I think he is selling all of his stake (my opinion)

I remember when in 08 when the housing market collapsed. It all started in Florida in 07. It's doing that again. The only difference is that in many states there is still not enough inventory for a crash. In 07 my state of Connecticut had a lot of inventory. Do you think that will change next year and we will be flooded with inventory because of possible job losses?
