Awesome haul! Good for you! It also goes to show you it’s so important to go through your collection and replace the bags and boards periodically to keep the collection fresh and clean, to make it very presentable.

You can't go wrong with Silver FF!! So many keys in the Lee/ Kirby run!! LOTS of potential still!! I like #48 since I've always thought the Watcher was great, ever since I bought #29 (classic Watcher cover) off the rack as a kid!! --But #49 is still a great one. It took me many years to complete my run and #48 & 49 were pretty elusive!!

@@chicoscomics dude, I grew up in El Paso! My dad was stationed there at Ft bliss so I went to school there…Parkland elementary and graduated from Irvin HS! I joined military also and so I moved to San Antonio and now I’m retired (last year).

Not sure why not discussing my paid price makes it not feel quite right, but I paid in the thousands for this collection. Original owner was a long-time collector for 40 plus years. But hey we are all entitled to make opinions. This was just an absolute excellent collection pick up. Regardless thanks for checking it out. BTW the grading has been very excellent, I’ve graded about 10 books and all have been meeting or beating grade expectations, as well as receiving white pages. I should have another 10 books back in the next week or so, so stay tuned
