I gotta thank you for this post. You helped me. I’m already in the process of becoming a content creator but this inspired me to move a little faster. I’m an artist, producer, engineer and what you said about you’re a content creator first really home because that’s exactly how I was feeling.

The timing is crazy!! I just came to this exact same conclusion. I was watching Dan Koe and he has this video called Niching down is Terrible advice for Smart people. And that set me off on a journey. I’m releasing a song a week plus marketing my production company. I don’t have time to spend all day editing anymore. I’m convincing my clients to do less editing as well because of everything you just said.

When i started love streaming and just cutting videos from the stream instead of shooting elaborate videos i grew the fastest and gained the most subs i has ever seen. I was able to produce 3-5 videos a day plus the long form live . I think attention spans have changed so much it may not be worth it to spend the time anymore for every single video. Definitely one of your best videos
