Katie, go back and get the no sugar yogurt and mix the two together! I do that with a couple things like cottage cheese. I get the 1% and the 4% and mix then. :)

Why not do half and half. That way you get the flavor and texture you like and then you cut the sugar. See if that helps. Fage inly has 5 carbs for 3/4 cup. So cut tjat and mix. Mayby o ly 10 or 11 carbs as apposed to 16

I have some suggestions for your next two books! Both are by the author John Mark Comer, and the titles are “The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry,” and “Practicing the Way!” I read both of them twice in January and they are life changing. At least they were/are for me!

I have read throughout the Bible several times during my life, but I recently started something new, I am transcribing the Bible. I am getting so much more out of it than ever before. I figured that if I transcribe 3 chapters per day, that I can go through the whole Bible in a year🥹 You made me hungry for Cheerios, so I need to run to the store tomorrow. I haven’t eaten cereal in quite awhile, so that should be a nice change 😊 May God continue to bless you and keep you in His loving care🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

Fun vlog 👍 You did not sound snarky just sounded like your normal self 🤗 I've been listening to The Bible Recap app with Tara Leigh Cobble for past 2 years & this Jan started my 3rd year 😎 She has the gift of being an amazing Bible Teacher so I think youre going to love her book 😍 I find it's the easiest way ever to read the Bible in a year and if you end up loving it as much as I do then you can incorporate it into your daily life & not just for one year 🙏
