Having fun to explore sounds should be the primary goal, and not caring about what other people might think. 🙌👍👍

Nice to be back - had a hard time thinking about what to do with this channel. Maybe I just go back to where I started with weird jams and cranky sounds :)

The willingness to experiment and have fun with the equipment showcases a passion for music and the joy of creating, which resonate well with viewers like me who appreciate the artistic journey.

That is insightful and nice - thank you so much :)

It’s in the twisting of the knobs and the pushing of the sliders, and the joy of making sound! As for publishing, just do it! There is encouragement for others like us. You encourage me! For good or bad. 😂 Now I want to try something with my Shure SM58.

Took me quite a while to twist some knobs again. Spent most of the time tweaking my software synths (which is a lot of fun, too). If you want to experiment with mikes, tapes and sounds I highly recommend Hainbach's old videos. He has a lot of inspiring ideas.

Is it ok to put the out of the synth (mother32) into the input of a guitar amp? I have a custom champ 57, should be nice but dunno if is a too strong signal

Took me a moment to comprehend what “loafy” was…Lo-Fi or Low Fidelity recording quality (niedrige Wiedergabetreue in your neighborhood, according to Google translate). Around where I have lived (western Canada and US), everyone says fi as fye, rhyming with eye, usually referring to High-Fi stereo systems in the old days when everything was analog. Just mentioning it as an aside in case anyone else had a moment of derp like me.

I love seeing how people think while tinkering with ideas. Perhaps the piece alone wasn't worthy of publishing by your standards (although I have a couple friends who would like argue that point), but I enjoyed seeing the process and some gear...and ways it can be used.
@martingoldmannmusic11 ай бұрын
Absolutely, Christopher: the process was way more fun than I thought. :)

damn that UHER is sexy. Immedietly went to search one from eBay :D i've hadf a lyra8 on loan from thomann and it was fun but didn't see the potential in it so I decided to return it. Been looking for a good little reel to reel..

Yeah, the Uher is a fun device - and much cheaper than a Nagra :)
