Only problem it's in farmersville and there's literally nothing around from a retail perspective. 10 mi to Walmart in Princeton not too bad but it may be cheaper as you're saying because it's up and coming.

Just watched your videos on closing process it was excellent. I'm relocating from New York I would like to move by July 2024. Any advice how to transition?

Yes. Welcome to Texas. I have tons of advice. 1. The left lane on the highway is for passing and they can’t pull us all over so we all speed. 2. Tex mex is a superior food group. 3. Be ready for the heat. 😀 But in all seriousness there’s a lot that goes into it. DFW is massive so I would say try and hone in on the areas you want to be in and know that you will probably have to drive a lot. We don’t have state income tax but property taxes are high so you might have some sticker shock.
