A thing you might have missed: "your thirst for power keeps you stuck at number two" this could also stem from the fact that Jafar's whole plot in the first Aladdin movie stemmed from his (albeit creepy) obsessive desire to marry Princess Jasmine, daughter of the Sultan, who was the man with the most power in Agrabah. So Rasputin could also be saying "your entire downfall and all of your misery and failure literally just came because you refused to honor your position as Grand Vizier so you conjured up this convoluted plot to try and overthrow the Sultan. But even with that amount of power you failed to do so; that's how much you suck."

Late to this but I cannot blame you one bit for getting so worked up by this rap battle. IT WAS SO DAMN FIRE! If I’m being honest, I don’t really even know either of these characters, so I’m glad that I watched your reaction, a lot of the meanings would have went over my head if I didn’t. This battle was just so peak all-around and both sides were super entertaining to listen to. It’s on Kratos vs Maui levels of closeness, I’d definitely give it a tie. Tysm for posting such peak reactions as always Josiah. Also, quick bonus: At the end of Jafar’s first verse, you might’ve missed this, where he says “But you were only a sultan, sexually.” Had a double meaning, because a sultan sexually can also translate to *assaultin(g) sexually* along with Jafar’s intended meaning behind the line. I just wanted to let that out there.

So after watching this rap battle I watched more rap battles by freshy. I was watching wd gaster vs the spot. And during wd gasters second verse where he throws the spot in a portal to the right was a genie lamp teasing this battle three months before it released. Awesome video man ! Rasputin was a bad person in real life, but i think it is important to remember that details about him are highly exagerated, especially of his death. While he certainly was hard to kill, it wasn't due to "evil spirits". Honestly, the poison that was given to him has it's effects highly mitigated by garlic and rasputin loved eating garlic. Him surviving bullet shots is impressive but other people have done that too, so a russian villager of the 18th century doing it isn't that unique. I highly recomend a video about Rasputin made by Thoughty2. It goes over Rasputin's life in a fun way.
