I accept that they wer very kind with all customers. My problem is, Im using z1pro for 4 years, ipo screen la glue eduthukuchu, other than that no other issues in my mobile. I was not interested to visit third-party shops, so vivo authorised service center pogum. Thy first said me to change the screen, hence my model is old they said that, intha model screen elm stop panitaga, so change pana mudiyathu nu. And also glue potum thara matom apidi nu sonaga, just for glue issue they wer Askin to change the display, and old model ana stock um iruka matenthu. 4 years mela customer mobile vachuka kudatha. Wats there point, nd vivo oda authorised service centre laye ipadi stock varathu sona. Is this fair. As u make a Collab with them, plz make a clear about this issue ..

It’s good that Vivo is concentrating on service centres. It’s a shame that apple has one of the worst service centres in India. They make lots of E-waste with AirPods and forcing us to replace entire phone or components when only a single part is defective. Eg - my phone’s speaker grill is damaged generally the defective grill is replaced but according to apple entire display is to be changed.

As a permium series user ( Vivo X90) i have visited for battery drain issue they told me to wait half ah hour for appointment and for checking they told come after 2 hrs we will check it. But after 2 hrs they told me to wait for another 1 hr, very worst. And i ask pouch and screen guard for that they took extra 15 min and they told that screen guard should be applied in other shops😢 very worst service for a permium user.
