The, crash was brought about in the housing construction industry. Builders valuing land they owned but ckd never deal with cos public under conditions of pp to get loans from like of Anglo Irish. State shkd have taken over the to be public land before any building work and might have been no f crash

but the run up to the crash of the construction sector in 2008 happened with him as taoiseach- the lack of houses built for years after as a result is partly to blame for the current situation. not rocket science
