Even in her coming out song, which was pretty wholesome and whimsical overall, she made it very clear that she had kissed people of the same gender and liked it lots. Dunno what the best place out of this feeling is but Im trying to push through and try to flirt and whatever until it feels natural and right again and like Im not missing something or someone. I loved the video and song btw obviously

You should give yourself some time, no one can heal you but yourself, if you were with someone for a long period of time it's best to know yourself again cause you were living with a shared personality. You have to build yourself again and meeting people it's not gonna help doing that, you're just gonna feel empty.

at the end she wakes up and immediately looks next to her, looking for someone . i think that showed a sort of codependency side to this story where waking up alone feels cold and empty and wrong. she clearly wanted one person there next to her, the person she is trying to forget but still longs for. the last shot being handheld made it feel like a person walking away from her, maybe that person who is 100% over her, and maybe never loved her at all. the one light is SO stunning, showing how she is completely alone in this pit of darkness. absolutely beautiful visuals thank you hazel and dodie for this video
