Guys, when i first posted this…it got taken down for community guidelines because i had a very exaggerated title and it was flagged as *unhealthy* content if you know what I mean. which is so unfortunate, i dont even have 10 subscribers and ive already got a warning. Crazy -even though you love exercising and eating well, even if you didn't your body would stay the exact same like regardless of exercise and diet, you were born with that body and you will die with that body!!!!

Hii, i have some advice for you! Instead of putting the bennies in the comment section like this, you should try linking a google document of the benefits. A lot of sub youtubers even use like multiple documents, for example you could check out how valerie, a popular body submaker links her benefits. That usually helps because youtube is a b* to submakers unfortunately.
