I learned how to make Dum Biryani in India! (a DUMB good recipe)

Today we are making HYDERABADI DUM BIRYANI! This is a bit different from my regular content, but if you know me personally, you know how much I love to cook and biryani is a dish I've worked tirelessly to perfect. When I FINALLY booked my trip to India, learning to make the world-famous Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was TOP on my to-do list. India is a country well known for its art, textiles, music, film, and food. All across India, different states have not only their own language but their own way of cooking. You can't tell the beautiful story of India without telling the story of their food and spices!
