I think the only parkour skill you can learn and apply to skateboarding is how roll (forward roll, backward roll, side roll) mainly focused on how you absorb impact and how to handle the fall

Good point. When someone first learns how to skateboard the main problem is falling backwards and landing on your butt hard, but if an efficient backward roll was done during a backwards fall that could really help make it less painful. Also, it would probably be extremely difficult but this palm spin move might be possible to do while on a skateboard, if it was done quickly enough to keep the skateboard on the feet.
