There's a lot I'd like to say but I'll refrain and just revert to an old favorite. If you want to season hamburger meat, mix the seasoning through the meat. Sprinkling seasoning on top is hopeless. No idea why you keep on doing this.

I wound of mixed the seasoning into the meat so the flavor would be all the way through-I would of even mixed chopped onions in it

I actually think that’s a pretty good/cute idea… but I would cut off the top so it is LEVEL to add MORE condiments on top. Fries on the side!

Fun idea! I would probably season the ground beef before putting it in the bundt pan. That’s just me, though. 😊

I'm sorry but that looks absolutely horrible...meat way too thick and looked dry as can be, meat basically unseasoned besides a layer of seasoning on top, dough that didnt look like it cooked right, very little condiments and a small handfull of cold fries that would feed a toddler smack dab in the middle. What in the heck is this abomination?😢

Maybe make the beef a meatloaf, and cut it so guests can add their own toppings. I would include gravy as an option for a topping. Big fat fries on the side or roasted potatoes.

What is they grey/beige goo on top of the meat, from the bottom of the burger bundt?
@walkofnails29235 күн бұрын
Right? It looks to me like grease sizzled out while cooking, but with that tight pan, it didn’t have anywhere to go. So some of it molded and baked onto the bottom - I’m guessing. 🤷🏻♀️ Yuck though
@pattysims72365 күн бұрын
@walkofnails2923 exactly 💯 they call it albumin, like eggs. It's not tasty and you get it frying frozen burgers and I always scrape it off the pan into the garbage!! I'm not eating that stuff!
@larryaerts40415 күн бұрын
I believe it is grease that did not drain off. I have seen this before.
@pattysims72364 күн бұрын
@larryaerts4041 no really it's not bc grease liquefies, but albumin doesn't it's more or less gelatinous, and you have to eat flavorless goo, or scrape it off and out! When grease solidifies it's white...I've been cooking for a long time
