I learned this trick from an old baker! My family is surprised!
recipe and ingredients:
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
mix well.
250 ml of warm milk.
7 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
mix well.
500 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
knead the dough by hand.
continue kneading for another 4 minutes.
grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
cover and leave to ferment for an hour.
form a ball from the dough.
divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
cover and leave for 10 minutes.
it is placed on a tray lined with baking paper.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
