This reminds me very much of something one of aunts made 50 years ago. She called it "coffee cake" and baked it in an 8 inch round cake pan. I really love yours in the loaf pan! So pretty with the swirl. Thank you for the recipe and the lovely memory of my aunt.

Indeed, is super gorgeous, but I added my ideas: On top of the cinnamon middle layer I added fresh blackberries, and same on top after baking, I used melted dark chocolate glaze and freshly grated orange zest !!! It became the Legend of the day! Thank you from Australia!

Here you go..... ♦️ Ingredients: - Flour: 125 grams - Powdered sugar: 60 grams (or 90 grams for extra sweetness) - Baking powder: 4 grams (1 tsp) - Salt: a pinch (approximately 0.5 grams) - Egg: 1 large (approximately 50 grams) - Milk: 120 grams (1/2 cup) - Oil/Butter: 80 grams (1/3 cup) Cinnamon Swirl: - Brown sugar: 30-45 grams (2-3 tbsp) - Cinnamon powder: 2-3 grams (1 tsp) - Milk: 15 grams (1 tbsp) Topping: - Brown sugar: 15 grams (1 tbsp) - Cinnamon powder: a pinch (approximately 0.5 grams) Vanilla Glaze: - Powdered sugar: 60 grams (1/2 cup) - Milk: 30 grams (2 tbsp) - Vanilla essence: a few drops (approx. 1-2 grams)

I made this but doubled the recipe as I didnt know what size pan you used. It came out delicious. Im going to take the same recipe but substitute the cinnamon swirl for a chocolate swirl. I'll update with the results if it comes out good and how I obtained the chocolate swirl aspect.
