New sub. I just did a purge also what is funny is I had a Calvin Klein large laptop bag I have had it for two years almost. I put it in my purge pile and for whatever reason decided to throw it on sale. So I had it listed for $12.85 on sale still no sell on E-bay but sold it on another platform for $30.00. Sometimes its so hard to purge cause you always wonder why did that not sell. Just like I see what you have purged and on many I am like wonder why that did not sell. It does feel good to purge tho. Its like starting over a bit. Great vids and great seeing a real reseller doing what they do.

I had a damaged Asus f5rl series laptop from maybe 2007 on ebay for sale for years. One of the hinges was broken, but the other one held it somewhat. Also reinstalled Vistas didn't connect to the wifi and I wasn't sure whether it was a hardware issue or not. Everything else was good, screen pristine, extra HDD, cooling pad, rucksack... all great. Nobody wanted it for years, even for spare parts. Last year in spring I got fed up with Windows after difficult troubleshooting on Win10 and with Win11 shenanigans looming in, I started my ventures into Linux. And you guess it: I replaced the broken hinge, cleaned inside, upgraded RAM a bit, installed Linux and the machine works like new even without the cooling pad! And it even burned its own installation Linux dvd. Laptops don't have optic drives these days. That one works great. I'll keep it.

😂😂😂 I'm laughing about you being freaked out by the big doll. When we were young, my siblings and I were always amazed when we would go to visit our great-uncle, because he kept a taxidermied bobcat in his living room. My brother and sister would glance at it, then walk on past it... but I walked way around it, detouring to the orher side of the room before going thru the door into the kitchen! Uncle Ozie always cracked up laughing, watching me.

Great video! Been doing some purging myself from my store. Getting back to my roots and selling the purge items at flea markets. Sometimes at least getting what I paid is better than a kick in the ass and it makes room for new faster str items, lol. I also got a 3d printer a few weeks ago. Mainly just been messing around with it having fun but eventually I want to start selling prints too.

I started using open source ORCA software to make my STL files after design them by hand with pencil. ✏️ I helps me think. Then I use my QIDI plus 4 printer and it’s been working out great so far

Clear glass is a tough sell lately. Waterford Crystal is probably an exception. Milk glass sells in my antique booth if the price is right, meaning low. Lol I only pick it up if I can get it for a couple of bucks. However, Fenton milk glass can pull a higher price. I love glass. I don't put it on eBay unless I know I can get a higher price but I love putting it in my booth and then I don't have to ship it. 🤣🤣 Great video topic. It's nice to see this side of reselling, too. I kinda disagree with not taking chances on items. I tried to sell a damaged item 2 years ago- no one bought it after 3 weeks. I almost through it in the trash. Pulled it out a few weeks ago and listed it again: sold the broken item for $450. Not the first time.

Platforms should add a handling fee. As a buyer when my package arrives and the paid shipping label says 3lbs but my package weighed 4 oz I wonder if there was a discrepancy. I've learned from watching KZbin sellers will inflate the weight of a package in order to make additional profits even when profit was made on the sale itself. Don't get me wrong I sell online too but it's a little unethical. I just disagree when sellers claim it as a business expense when in fact they already got reimbursed from the buyer, if I heard right you said you wrap the shipping materials and handling into the shipping cost which means the buyer is paying not you ?

The end consumer always pays at the end of the line. Same goes for all big business like Amazon, eBay thru fees, etc. No one can escape this. Also, I don’t think it’s unethical to roll in your materials into shipping. If you set a price online for a product as $20 including shipping and someone agrees, then there is nothing unethical. Capitalism, as a system, is built to provide a transaction where both parties benefit upon agreement of a price in exchange for goods and services. It’s meant to make both parties happy. Nothing unethical about that. Now, if I would say, this item is $20 and then charged them $30 after the fact because I wanted to add shipping, that’s unethical. My system works and everyone wins. I make money to continue to live a good life and the customer gets their product at an excellent price point. No shame in my game. Thx for the feedback and Thx for watching! 🤠🇺🇸✌🏼

Fyi what you said about flat irons with embellishments or designs selling is not true. It has nothing to do with designs but everything to do with the brand name. Remington is just a grocery store brand name. Look for brands like GHD or CHI instead because those are professional.
