You as a young man investing time for such beautiful numbers of projects that I even could not achieve impressed me & I'm now planning to do with my retired husband. Small tip: When making a cake, put a little of the frosting on the plate prior to putting your first half down & that will 'anchor' it to make sure it doesn't slide around. I have done bee keeping with my mother. I worked with her and her boyfriend for about 7 years. I really enjoyed it. Bee's are typically very gentil. I was stung once. I was trimming a rose bush. If you smell something that can only be described as "spicy banana" or "hot banana", use your smoker liberally and calmly walk away for a while since you have officially angered them. Heat and humidity will shorten their tempers. Work slowly. Make slow, smooth movements. Use a lot of smoke and often. Use your brushes slowly and carefully. Work hard to be respectful and slow with them to minimize bee deaths. The faster and rougher you are with them the higher the chances you will smell the "spicy banana". Remember you are entering their home and the ladies expect respect.

I love your channel and I appreciate celebrating with you and your delicious cake :) Congrats on 100k mate. Greasing your baking dish is always good for me and helps with sticking even if the recipe has oil in it, I also add some water to my recipes to make the batter more runny and also makes it more moist. I have always had good results with these tips also 3 eggs vs 4 eggs will not make much difference. Yum Yum :) Cheers! Cream cheese icing to die for lol
