What is the contract with heartland express if you train with them and don’t have your cdl?

They will help you get your cld and i believe work with them for a year that is if you let them pay your school fees.

Well I was doing regional with them where I was home every week or 2 weeks yes. And no they didn’t need no local drivers so I had to leave and go find a local job which I got now.

Bro! I saw one of your old video with Schneider, I am scheduled for their training on 1st April in PA, even I ask this question from the recruiter but you know they never tells you the truth lolz, I have CDL Class Licenses, but I never been on a job, so I need the orientation and training, does Schneider sign a 1 year contract or you can leave any time? or any reimbursement for their training?

Well if you already have your license you don’t have to be in a contract with them for a year. You can leave whenever you feel like after you done with your orientation tbh.
