I've had my two strand twists since early June and I was trying to make them lock up but it's not locking so I think I'm gonna take them out too! You got me excited though because you got length once you took them out! 🙌🏽🤣

Wednesday will make three weeks I have two barrel twists I can’t wait to relieve my locs my head is beginning to itch like crazyyyyy. Hey Shantay! Congrats to approaching a year! Generally people will comb them out before a year, so continue trusting the process. My ends started off loose as well, so I just began palm rolling them. I’m with you on the lifetime…I love how low maintenance they are.

Hey Amberr, don't be nervous just go for it, but depending on your hair type you either can start with comb coils or two strand twist. Make sure you research the person work before starting your foundation it's very important on how you want your grid to look. I have fine, low density hair so I preferred my locs to be full. Over time they do become thicker.
