Yes, the bugged items are in these big red toolboxes, I scooted through all regions and got myself 2 knives, a hatchet, cardboard matches, revolver cartridge and rifle shell casing. Also a hacksaw, though it's not restricted in Interloper, it can't appear inside toolboxes, so it was invisible upon finding.

It’s in one of the new regions, so I’d assume it’s because of a bug with the loot tables?
