Yeah, Hu Lei's a bastard. He gets another turn, when he gets max stacks. He builds stacks from him and his allies attacks. But he also builds like half his stacks every turn. So every time he gets max stacks, he gets another turn and builds like half his all over again.

hanya is like sparkle at home. She applies a debuff on the enemy and when you attack the debuffed enemy you get SP. Her ult is just a speed/atk incrase pretty much.

I do have a E2S3 Robin though, and a E2 Sparkle, and a E0S1 Ruan Mei (RM I didn't even have any particular interest in and just pulled on a whim during rerun and somehow got stupid lucky and got both her and her sig in just a handful of 10-pulls iirc). I'd love to have E6S5 Robin, but I'm not exactly rich enough for that so I just have to spend what I can afford and save up whatever amounts of free jades I can for characters I want

Because MOC also means "My Own Creation" in the LEGO Community LMAO! Also, You don't need to keep reminding us about how much you love Robin Mina! To be honest, I think Seele, Kafka and/or Silver Wolf would be Better at fighting Hoolay than Robin because Robin will be the only one left Standing if you take her but Seele, Kafka and/or Silver Wolf will bring on the Pain Train. Imagine random teams for Apoc Shadow. I highly doubt anyone would survive unless you're really lucky. Also Hoolay is basically the fastest boss in the game by far. I think his base speed is at least 220.

Depends. The particular teams Mina rolled could have done it, I think, if matched against the correct bosses (beat the fights I mean, 6.6k was obviously not happening). Firefly/Gallagher/Ratio/dead body team should have little trouble beating Sunday. Kafka... I never looked at Fu Xuan in detail but iirc she stops CC while matrix is up or something like that? If so, I think beating the fight would probably have been totally doable.

Mina's builds are just not great and Acheron needs teammates, just like most modern dpses. She dropped down to T0,5 on prydwen because current MoC doesn't favor her, not because she's worse than FF and Feixiao
