@@YukiSnow75 Well stuff like that is obviously false, a random plant with extra leaves isn't gonna give you better luck, but luck as a concept is very much real. Say 2 people are doing something that has a conventionally low chance of succeeding - Lets go with a gacha considering that's what caused this discussion. Both people are rolling for a character that has a 1% chance to drop, they both have 100 rolls with no guarantee that they will get the character (so no pity). Person 1 rolls the character after 60 rolls, leaving them with 40 left over rolls. In those same 60 rolls person 2 has rolled the character 3 times, and also has 40 rolls to spare still. Unless person 1 gets the character 2 more times in the next 40 pulls, something they are unlikely to do considering it took 60 rolls to get 1 character, they person 2 will be conventionally "luckier" than person 1. TLDR: If there is no such thing as luck then people should theoretically get the same amount of characters within a 100 pulls. Something which is far from the truth.

lmao me and my gf pulled for eachother for robin (me on her account and her on mine) for our anniverary we both initally lost or 50/50s but we saved up enough. however, right before i lost mine she said "imagine if you lose to bronya." referencing what happened to molly zang in that stream and I IMMEDIETLY GOT BRONYA. i then was like "I CURSE YOIU WITH LOSING EVERY 50/50 FOR THAT!" because unlike her i didnt have an absolute second chance saved up bc acheron's light cone stole a lot of my funds. i got her clara who she was saying she wanted (she asked which 5 star we would be okay to lose to should it happen and i said himeko and she said clara) and when it was my turn again i told her to just keep going because i was expecting to run out. but no. 2-3 more ten pulls and then gold.
