I'm gonna watch more of these videos, they pretty helpful and quiet relieving to see... I'm still recovering and there's some fear foods that I'm working with and still testing whether I hate that type of food or is it the ED.. It's exhausting to be thinking about food all the time, whether you're lacking nutrients and did you got your protein for the day and dealing with the guilt and eating Infront of people, dealing with extreme hunger at times when you fed yourself well, the fatigue and the headaches and bloating and meltdowns from time to time and trying to get your period back and the amount of anxiety you get while questionning whether it's enough or not The need to validate yourself enough to believe you're sick and you need to recover and you can do it on your own with guidence from KZbin videos and people who gets the exact same thoughts that you thought you're the only one thinking about this... It calmed the shame spiral that I was going through today... Thank you❤ and for anyone dealing with any ED reading this You're not alone, you're valid , You deserve to live gracefully,and we need you here on this earth It might seem heavy but you can do it💟
