I will recommend you more events this year. I will recommend you to go for this event The Purple Parade. This event celebrates people with disabilities and special needs and let them to be included in the main chapter of Singapore's growth and have equal access to education, employment and so on. Its date is usually held in late October or early November. It's timing is usually from 3.00 to 7.00. It is held at Suntec City beside the Fountain Of Wealth. It began in 2013. Last year, it was held on 27th October. This is also an annual event. The date of this year's Purple Parade is not shown yet.
