Enjoyable video Chris! Good idea to get another axe rack. You never know when another axe might follow you home.

The axes are nice, but I was eyeing the leather in the background.

Some good familiar ones in there! Council Tool 5lbs Splitter, Chopper One! Plumb is also very well known in Germany, but hard to get without getting into debt! Kelly of course! The Gränsfors is in the first stand on the far right? Pretty nice collection!

Thanks for sharing Chris. I was thinking about adding onto my axe palette, but this looks like a better solution.

I was just lookin at my messy shed this morning! Man you got some nice axes there, keen to see that S&N get some use, the rafter and the jersey were beauties, and i cant believe you nearly forgot the name of the Hytest! 🤨🤨🤣

Cool idea definitely works good for storing axes in a compact area. I hope someday to store mine on the wall in my family/ man cave room where all my mounts are. Darren

That looks great but the last time my wife came out in the shop she saw some axes I had laid out for sharpening and oiling and maintenance. She asked me how many I thought I was gonna wear out before I die? I’m 66 years old. I didn’t have an answer for her. Then I changed the locks on the shop and didn’t tel her.

You are right, that Swedish Hultafors/HB Sarek splitting axe is garbage - damn $195.00 axe and I can’t even sell it on FBMP! I just reused the handle, thinning it down and put a 5# collins rafting head on it LOL

Can't have too many axes! I figure when the grid shuts down, saw gas is nowhere to be found and the cold north wind starts to blow, the man with the most axes and ammo will be able to trade for anything else he needs. Let's pray that things don't come to that. I would like to find a nice Kelly Perfect Jersy to add to my axe addiction! I meant collection!! Ha ha!!

I've only watched the first 1 minute, but I'm guessing you may have been influenced by Roy Underhill, as I was. Or maybe we have some other influencers in common, because I LOVE a good axe too, and have a small collection, with Gransfors Bruks being one of my favorites! Now, I'm going to watch the rest, might order one of these racks, and will look for more axe videos on your channel!
