Amen! I’m not a farmer but I am a homesteader & nothing like living that lifestyle he’s speaking about. I stay outside as much as possible, being outdoors with our animals, planting a garden, cutting grass, bush hogging a field or just taking a walk in the great outdoors is the greatest therapy in the world for me.
