Good to see you back. The reason why utilities (water and electricity) are expensive is that in other places they are supplied by Water bord such as Rand water and ESKOM respectively, but in Cities, the utilities are supplied by the city itself. Some residentials, the third party buy electricity from the city, of which the city buy from ESKOM. I wonder how you guys cope in a different country, far from home. I was born in Pretoria but I worked in Mahikeng for sometime but it was difficult for me, with the rest of my family and extended family and friends in Gauteng. That's the reason I came back to PTA. Someone like me always have to be there for the family as they depend on me.
