​@@10fatfingers38 You can buy a bag of pasta for 28p (100 grams a day for 5 days) from Asda, a 1 kg pack of cooking bacon from lidl for £1.62 (lasts you 5 days), so across 2 days you have spent £1.90. 15 eggs for £1.19... £3.09 sorts you out for dinner every for 5 days (carbonara), plus an egg for breakfast everyday (if you use 2 per carbonara). You can then buy for 75p a 1kg bag of Oats(lasts you ages, so can be snacks at any point) , and 96p for milk to put in the oats obvs (plus glasses of milk if you like that for extra nutrients). So thats £4.80 across 5 days, for pretty substantial meals. You wouldnt want to do this, but you definitely could, plus it would be extremely unhealthy.

I've been mad broke lately, I spent $50 for my groceries for just under 3 weeks (including my work lunches). I have what I spent on my phone (As I go around the store and pick things up, I put in my notes what the food is and how much it costs so I can keep track and add in tax so I always know how much I'm spending before I get to the register. I write down what the food is so if I see I'm overspending I can look at what I don't need and put it back and deduct how much it cost). I usually only shop at Walmart cuz it's right next to my apartment. If you're broke here is some key things you can get from Walmart all under $2 (almost everything is great value). Bread is 88 cents cheddar slices is 98 cents (I usually have butter so that's grilled cheese for dayssss right there) A pack of hot dogs is 98 cents. (Use the great value bread as buns and that's 3-4 meals) If you need ketchup and mustard, mustard was 34 cents and ketchup was 92 cents. 10 packs of fruit snacks were 1.48 a can of chef boyardee is 88 cents ramen was 36 cents here and that was the cup of noodles so I could take it to work easily the jar of both pb&j swirled together was 1.84 (that goes with your 88 cent bread) They have a frozen burrito for 38 cents (also great for work) I got some knock off hot cheetos for 92 cents and they were actually good (The only thing above $2) I get a case of water for 2.88 and a box of koolaid powders to put in them for $1 I think a box usually comes with 8 powders. (I get water bottles cuz it's easier to take to work). They also have minute maid juice in a carton for 1.50 I get more stuff, but it was just a little more than the rest of these things. Spaghetti is cheap too, but I had spaghetti at my house so I don't have the prices on that.

Why is it sad for people to do this as a challenge? I grew up homeless, 3 dollars a day was the norm. It's quite entertaining to watch someone else do it. I never even thought that pancakes could be made like that, so it's a good idea. Just because other people have to live off of that doesn't mean someone who's not used to it cannot use it as a challenge. Think of this, if someone is out of shape and they take walking two miles as a challenge, is that wrong because other people will walk or run two miles or more every day?

It's actually really easy unless you live in a expensive country 10 eggs 1 loaf of bread 1 Marta Dela aka doctor sausage (idk how to spell) 7 apple 1 cube of butter 2 or 3 carrots Some potatoes And makaroni 1 long cucumber (don't come to the mall or this will cost 10 dollars) Breakfast: So make some potatoes eggs carrots and doctor sausage in the pan with oil and just let it sit until it's looks delicious. Dinner: Make makaroni eggs and doctor sausage or martedela and carrots until it's looks edible (taste from time to time) Mini dinner: Take 2 potatoes put them in a pot with water (obviously) and let them boil then while they are boiling take a knife and lightly try to penetrate the potato (couldn't think of any other word) if it doesn't go through its not ready if it slide smoothly then its ready. Slice them open put salt and some butter and enjoy. Lunch: Take the bread loaf make some eggs and boom you got an egg sandwich Lunch: If ur wayyyyyyy to broke take the cucumber and cut it so thin that u can see the knife and put 2 of them on the bread with butter and with that small snack eat an apple. And that's all I could think of. Hope this helps and this is not a joke comment
