Most times. I know a great women that found out she got cheated on by her husband...She found out. She got intoxicated while around her kids. He called the cops, got her arrested and got full custody. Did she mess up? Absolutely! Did she deserve to get both her kids taken? F no! But mostly yes. It usually means they did something bad. Everyone is capable of a single life altering mistake though.
