I’ll be happy when...
We often put off our happiness for some future event. I’ll be happy when I get out of school, I’ll be happy when I get a job, when I get a new car, when I have my own space, when it’s the weekend. It’s true some times in life it’s easier to be happy based on external circumstance, but those moments pass. If we respond with unhealthy patterns, eventually the external happiness is eroded and we are back to internal unhappiness. The path to happy is in TODAY! Not down the road.
