If there is a debate there should be no moderator and no audience. The debate should last one hour. There can be no interruptions...any interuptions would be muted.They should take turns talking 5 minutes each. I'd like to see a 3 way debate between Biden, Trump, and RFK since he's running. I feel like both Trump and RFK would wipe the floor with Biden no matter how many drugs they pump into him to make him semi coherent. It would be interesting and different. I think Trump and RFK would be somewhat respectful towards one another which is something we haven't seen in debates in a long time. Running 3rd party, I don't think RFK will win, but I believe he will probably take a lot of votes away from sleepy Joe. That's also probably why they won't allow there to be a 3 way debate. I'd pick RFK if I had to choose between only him and Biden.

By being vague in regards to the "when" of the debate, whether knowingly or intuitively, Joe gave himself an "out". Because then, if he DOESN'T actually debate Trump, he can just claim that there were circumstances PREVENTING him from doing an actual debate. So that was either smart, or it was a response he was carefully taught to give if that question came up. And I would opt for the latter.
