Thank you for your comment and opinion. The mix of all the videos I produce is done by me and it is not always consistent. From my experiences working with many recording engineers, each has a different taste, too. Generally the rule of thumb is to lower the volume to the lowest and listen. If you do this to this video you hear the guitar the loudest then organ then the drums. That being said, Gene is a also a very powerful drummer. you should have heard him when he was playing with Herbie Hancock (toured with him for 8 years!) I am thinking of making more takes as this is one of the play-along recordings that I made to teach so I can do as many takes as I want.😃 I will keep this in mind for the next take, though. Sorry for the long message.
