All of his repeat customers come back because he's likeable and easy to be around. He turns that sociable level up to 11 around customers and they just eat it up. He knows what he's doing. Just think about how far salesmanship would go with all those deals dragons turned down simply because they felt they couldn't work with the business owner.

Nah- there is usually a very good business reason when one of the dragons asks for a very large share of the company. There's nothing 'snaky' about his offer - he explained his reasons, and he had no competition from any other dragon. And there's nothing snaky about any offer really, even if every once in a while they may go a bit overboard - because it's an * offer* and everyone is free to walk away. Finally, can we all remember this is a heavily produced, heavily edited TV show and perhaps refrain from pretending that we know these people and their moral character in any way? You don't.

the way you pitch really can change things. I mean this guy makes it sounds like this is the most boring stuff ever but teleshopping channel sell stuff like this all the time and they just make them sound so exciting.

I think these are neat but do these still sell? I've seen (and used) the silicon type cups/bowls where you just squish them and they are flat. I feel like those would have replaced what he pitched.

She probably multiplied instead of dividing. 7 million x 3, instead of 7 million / 3. Rofl! Quality investors they have, but the guy obviously didn't calculate it himself either to correct her (or didn't think about it in the spur of the moment how absurd it was).

Net profit. Difference between sale at store wholesale and end of year return. That being said the maths was wrongly calculated. Perhaps it was over a long period of time
