I'll fully admit that I'm not particularly a person who likes the whole "mommy" dynamic, and in _some_ contexts I can actually find it a little uncomfortable; however, I absolutely LOVE the Minotaur, and especially her _design._ I know that most "monster girls" are typically depicted as human-like women with a few extra physical features, but I actually _love_ it when different species of monsters have DRASTICALLY different appearances, and resemble all sorts of animals (cows, in this case) more than they resemble humans. Even if it makes some people uncomfortable, I really love how much _variety_ this creates with creature designs, and also think it matches better with the idea of multiple sentient species _born from completely different lineages._ And, among the many species of "monster girls" out there, Minotaurs are pretty high up there on my list of favorites. Like basically _all_ of my favorite monster species, one of their main traits is that they are _significantly larger and stronger_ than ordinary humans - I personally find that size difference quite comforting, as long as she still sees humans (and thereby me) as her _equals_ rather than some inferior race. Furthermore, unlike Holstaurs (the other type of "cow" monster girl), Minotaurs are far more willing to actually _use_ their immense strength - they're no barbarians, but they won't back down from a fight if they believe it's the best way to handle things. Because of that, I'm able to feel _safe_ and _protected_ in the presence of a Minotaur partner!

😢this is by far the best dnd relatable asmr ever. Between 1/10 I'd give it an 11 it was that good. Even better than good, it was great. I swear I nearly teared up at the end for how motherly "Mamma Marennah" was to the adventurer listener. If possible, I may use her for my solo ttrpg in the future and possibly use her kids as part of the story I plan on creating in my campaign. With permission, of course. By the way, I have no need but for personal use of names and locations.

And she is just taking care of the traveler without ever knowing that one of her kids has died and without us knowing thag she is the mother to one of the minotaurs we killed. 😢 i can only imagine the guilt as she takes care of us without knowing that we were responsible for one of her childs death
