That just about sums it up. My street is a thoroughfare to and from a school, loads of people walk past adults and children alike. God knows what they are doing on their phones, but I suspect when they are dancing outside my house and videoing it most likely for that ticky tock or whatever. Never once have I felt the need to question it, not harming me, I would be confident they even get my house in shot in the background.
