You gave very good advice that must be the number 1 advice "Reflect"! Understand and release your anger, and anxiety, and laugh in the face of your depression. I just lost a job because of a crisis in the industry(the actors and writers strike damaged the film industry) and the head of the production and HR has double standards and opposite political views(they are pro-Palestine/anti-Israel) that is one of the reasons they decided to fire me. There are 0 vacancies on the market. But I decided to dive into AI and freelancing. What else is helping me to reduce the stress of losing my job and possible failure to pay the bills and rent is that my family is in a safe country and no bombs are falling from the skies.I believe there is a brighter future!! Thank you!

Hi Mike.. Thank you for your video. I am 61 and lost my job in advertising last week… First time being in this situation. I still need to make money as I still have to pay for my home… After the bad news, I felt relief because now I can do and work towards doing what I want to do. I was working just for the money and not enjoying it. I am currently working towards doing what I want to do. Something similar, but working for myself and doing a lot of planning to get there. I know I will be ok. It is always good to have good support from family and good friends. If everything works out for me, I will make the same money as before, but I will be a lot happier.

Been so burnt out i got tired of my job and feeling like I have no purpose or passion for life other than working a minimum wage dead end job. I can’t talk to anyone about my problems because they really don’t care because they’re more interested in being right about shit that I already know and put a lot of thought in and they can’t understand that I’m a human and can only deal with something for so long (yeah i have no backup plan, no money, no ideas where to go next) and they would feel the same if they were in my shoes so i keep to myself about my problems and fake it till i make it but I’m just exhausted from all this. Honestly im glad to be out of my shit job however the reality is i have to find another shit job just to get back on my feet.
