Great reaction Kelly. If you want a true slow ballad from these women, then "Epilogue" (live) is the one for you. Probably the most beautiful rock ballad that I have ever heard in all my 65 years.

What is often never explained to reaction channels is that the version you just watched was for live audiences only. The original kicks straight into the main riff. Nobody throws their whole soul into a song like Asami. I echo the earlier sentiment that you need to see Epilogue. It’ll make you cry.

For me this is the highlight of this entire show. I think this live, “Daughters of the Dawn,” is the worst of their live releases, but it’s still a good show. The venue that it was filmed at has since closed down thanks to the pandemic.

Miyako, the dark-haired lead guitarist on stage left, composed this song. One of her guitar influences is Jennifer Batten. Batten was the session lead guitarist who toured LIVE with Michael Jackson around the world. Miyako included the riff from MJ's "Beat it" in "Empty Daydream" as an homage to Batten.
